We are a "service based only alcohol business." You supply the Prosecco/Champagne. You can purchase and bring it to us or give us your credit card information. A standard pour is 4-5 oz. plus juice and garnish. So 1 bottle should be 4-6 Mimosas.

The Mimosa Mobile provides - a cute premium trailer, ice, juices, glasses, fruit garnish, napkins and excellent courteous service. You tell us where and when to show up and we will be ready to provide your guests with premium Mimosas. You create the menu with us to make for a special significant drink per the theme of your event. We have plenty of ideas!

You can select from 3 juices and we will offer "1 special mimosa themed drink" based on your event. You can always add more flavors! Should you want more selections there will be an upcharge on juices. If you want something really special, such as premium organic specialty juice there will be an upcharge.

Yes, you can add beer in the bottle or can and we will ice it properly and serve it. If you would like plastic beer glasses, we will provide them for a slight upcharge.

Once you lock in your date there is a $200 deposit fee, non-refundable within 1 week. Payment is due within 3 days of services rendered. We take Cash, Credit Card, Venmo. Every day past due incurs a $10 late fee.

Orange, orange mango, Cranberry - blend with blueberry, raspberry, Watermelon, Grapefruit - cocktail or straight up, Lemonade (Pink or Yellow), Limeade, Pear, Mango or Mango Peach, Pineapple, Strawberry, Strawberry Kiwi, Kale or Other Green juices, More based on a preference.

We supply plastic champagne glasses, cocktail napkins, and optional sugar-rimmed glasses (extra fee). Our professional, gloved pourers (1-3, based on guest count) keep the drinks flowing.

No, we don't sell alcohol. We use your card to purchase champagne, returning any unopened bottles. We are Florida Alcohol Serv-Safe certified for responsible service.

Each mimosa is a 4 oz pour, with one bottle serving six mimosas. We estimate three mimosas per guest, but every event is customized.

Rates: We charge $300 per hour, 2 hour minimum. If beyond 2 hours we drop to $250 per hour. If you have over 100 guests, the rate remains the same throughout the evening. We wash, rinse and sanitize our glasses as efficiently as possible.

All of our Employees are Alcohol Certified Safe based on Florida Law. We can and may check ID's. You will be asked to sign a contract for General Liability. Any guest may be refused service if they appear to be overly intoxicated.

We use glass champagne flutes only. No plastic. And we have our own wash, rinse and sanitize system. We will scan the premises regularly to collect glasses. We understand that glasses, unfortunately, break. We just ask that no one take their glass home with them.
